About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our Technology team, working directly on the development and evolution of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions.

We are looking for a hands-on, curious, and problem-solving-oriented person with practical experience in developing, training, integrating, and evolving AI models in real production environments.

You will actively participate in building new features and intelligent agents, working together with the Product and Technology teams to turn business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning;
• Integrate AI models and tools into the company's applications and products;
• Develop, train, test, and optimize models according to project challenges;
• Work with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and generative AI tools, as needed by the products;
• Monitor model performance in production and drive continuous improvements;
• Evaluate new technologies, models, and tools that can deliver efficiency and quality gains;
• Collaborate with the Technology and Product teams to build and evolve solutions;
• Contribute to best practices for the development, evaluation, security, and scalability of AI solutions.

Requirements

• Proven practical experience in developing solutions using Artificial Intelligence;
• Experience with model training, evaluation, and optimization;
• Knowledge of AI-related tools, frameworks, and APIs;
• Experience integrating AI models into real applications;
• Ability to turn business problems into technical solutions;
• Hands-on profile, with autonomy to experiment, develop, test, and put solutions into production.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs;
• Experience developing AI Agents / autonomous agents;
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM evaluation techniques;
• Experience with Python and AI solution development frameworks;
• Knowledge of cloud and production environments;
• Experience with SaaS products or high-scale environments.
