About the company


LinkFace is a technology company that develops a SaaS facial recognition platform used by organizations with high security, access control, and compliance requirements, with a strong presence in the education sector. We combine proprietary software, edge devices, and integrations to deliver a complete solution from recognition to operational control.


We are in a phase of growth and team structuring, and therefore we are looking for someone to take on a central role in our operations.


About the role


As we grow, we have started managing multiple client implementations simultaneously — each with its own technical steps, deadlines, responsible parties, and dependencies. Today, this coordination is distributed and relies heavily on direct leadership involvement. We want to change that.


The person in this role will be the central point of organization for our projects and operations. In practice, this is the person who ensures that every project moves forward with pace and predictability, that nothing falls through the cracks between departments, and that leadership has clear visibility into where each client stands — without needing to chase down that information.


The main focus is organization, communication, and follow-up: understanding people, deadlines, processes, and priorities, and transforming an operation that currently runs "in a rush" into something structured and scalable. However, since this is a technology and security solution, there will be times when navigating technical topics is necessary — therefore, technical knowledge and experience with systems are a relevant plus.


We expect that, over time, this person will become the owner of the company's project management processes — defining how we work, standardizing steps, and structuring all of this within the company's management tools.


Responsibilities


- Coordinate ongoing client implementations: schedules, milestones, responsible parties, and dependencies.

- Provide continuous visibility of each project's status to the CEO and the rest of the team.

- Monitor handoffs between stages — from commercial closing to technical implementation, up to going live (go-live).

- Anticipate bottlenecks and deadline risks, demanding deliveries and keeping projects moving.

- Structure and maintain project management processes in the company's tools.

- Support the CEO in daily commercial and operational routines.


Requirements


- Experience in project coordination or management (PMO, operations, or software/service implementation).

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple fronts under control simultaneously.

- Clear communication and the ability to enforce deadlines and align people.

- Autonomous profile, with an ownership mindset and initiative — someone who organizes, rather than waiting to be organized.

- Familiarity with project management tools.


Differentials


- Technical knowledge and experience with SaaS and security systems.

- Experience implementing software/SaaS solutions alongside clients.

- Familiarity with ERPs and project management tools.

- Experience in the education or electronic security sector.

- Certifications or degree in project management.
