Mainframe z/OS

Strong hands-on experience with IBM MQ on z/OS, including installation, configuration, administration, and production environment support.
Knowledge of Queue Managers, QSG (Queue Sharing Groups), Shared Queues, Coupling Facility, channels, queues, and Pub/Sub (Publish/Subscribe).
Solid experience in problem analysis and troubleshooting and performance tuning using logs, traces, dumps, SMF data, and monitoring tools.
Experience with High Availability, Disaster Recovery, backup/restore, and MQ security, including SSL/TLS, digital certificates, and RACF.
Solid knowledge of Mainframe, including z/OS, JCL, TSO/ISPF, SMP/E, REXX, OMVS, VTAM, SNA, and VSAM.
Experience with monitoring and automation tools, such as CA SYSVIEW or equivalents.
Track record supporting mission-critical production environments, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of preventive improvements.
Knowledge of CICS TS for z/OS, zHyperWrite, and automation tools will be considered a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Advanced/proficient English.
