The Opportunity

Role: Mid-Level Designer (UX/UI) - Contractor (PJ)

Department: Tech/B2B Products

We are looking for a professional with a strong user and business orientation, capable of transforming data, research, and insights into digital solutions that generate value and results. We expect someone who works collaboratively with Product, Technology, and Design teams, conducting research, mapping journeys, validating hypotheses through testing, and using AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and continuous evolution of Kontik Group's digital products.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• • Lead and support user research (interviews, usability tests, quantitative surveys)
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to propose improvements and monitor the impact of implemented features
  • Map journeys, flows, and friction points on web and mobile platforms, proposing evidence-based improvements
  • Create wireframes, low and high-fidelity prototypes, and navigation flows for validation with users and stakeholders
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and other Design areas within the group
  • Execute and iterate experimentation and testing processes (e.g., A/B tests, usability tests), assisting in defining success metrics to validate hypotheses and continuously evolve solutions
  • Use AI tools to accelerate validation and wireframe development processes

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of prior experience in UX/UI Design, with a portfolio demonstrating practice in designing flows and interfaces for web and mobile products
• Proficiency in Figma
• Practical experience with monitoring tools such as Firebase, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the tourism market or travel techs

Job Details

🏠 Work Model: Hybrid.

🕐 Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9 AM to 7 PM or 8 AM to 6 PM (to be agreed upon with leadership)
