Mid-Level Business Analyst - On-site in Biguaçu/SC

About the role

Mid-level Business Analyst to work on-site, serving as the bridge between Business and IT areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the gathering, definition, management, and documentation of business rules and requirements.
• Understand user needs and structure information in a logical and intuitive way to facilitate communication with other teams.
• Perform validation and acceptance testing of business requirements and the activities developed.
• Analyze issues arising from completed implementations.
• Act as a bridge between Business and IT areas, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (analysts, designers, and developers) in solution integration.
• Manage communication and promote the sharing of technical and business knowledge among teams.
• Manage projects and requests, participating in team rituals and proposing innovations to optimize products and processes.
• Configure systems, keep technical documentation up to date, and extract management information (via SQL, BI, and spreadsheets) to support business areas.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration or related fields.
• Knowledge of Google Apps (Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira for project management and Miro for modeling flows and processes.
• Basic SQL knowledge for running queries and data analysis.
• Familiarity with tools for API testing and system integration.
• Knowledge of Elastic for communicating and analyzing system logs.
