Tech Lead

We are growing our team and looking for a Tech Lead who combines a strong technical foundation with the ability to lead, organize, and help the team deliver with quality. If you are proactive, like taking ownership, and want to build together, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the team, supporting day-to-day work and key decisions.
• Define and evolve solution architecture, balancing quality, deadlines, and cost.
• Review code, guide best practices, and support the growth of team members.
• Work with product and customers to turn needs into clear deliverables.
• Encourage the use of AI in the workflow to gain speed without losing quality.
• Keep hands on code whenever necessary.

Requirements

• Solid experience in software development, regardless of language.
• Experience leading teams or acting as a technical reference.
• Experience with system architecture, cloud, and integrations.
• Use of AI in daily work, especially Claude Code.
• Autonomy, ownership mindset, and focus on delivery.
• Good communication with the technical team, product, and customers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of .NET.
• Availability to start immediately.
