Software Engineer Sênior - Híbrido - SP

About the role

We are looking for a Senior/Expert Software Engineer to work on high-impact technical challenges in a hybrid model in the Bela Vista area of São Paulo, SP.

We are not looking for someone tied to a single language. We are looking for a stack-agnostic person who chooses the best technology for each context and solves problems with pragmatism and a big-picture view.

Here, Artificial Intelligence is not a differentiator; it is essential: we expect someone who heavily uses code assistants, agents, LLMs, and automations in day-to-day development and has an interest in building AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems by choosing the best technology for each context, without stack constraints;
• Design and evolve scalable and sustainable software architectures;
• Use AI heavily in the development workflow, with code assistants, agents, LLMs, and automations;
• Build solutions that apply Artificial Intelligence in a practical way;
• Deliver quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality;
• Work autonomously, from understanding the problem to delivery in production.

Requirements

• Senior to expert profile in software development;
• Stack-agnostic profile: ability to learn and master the right technology for each problem;
• Heavy use of Artificial Intelligence in day-to-day development (code assistants, agents, LLMs, automations);
• Interest in building AI solutions;
• Architecture vision and autonomy to make technical decisions;
• Focus on fast delivery with quality.

Nice to haves

• Knowledge of .NET (C#), preferred but not required;
• Experience building products or features with AI;
• Experience with multiple languages and paradigms.
