Product Manager & Designer (UX/UI)

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong UX/UI expertise to revive projects that are currently frozen and bring them back to production. The focus is on unblocking deliveries, organizing what has already been planned, and leading them to launch, working closely with the development team.

What you will do

• Revive projects currently on hold and lead them to production
• Review, update, and finalize flows, wireframes, and screens in Figma
• Reorganize the backlog and define what is needed to unblock each project
• Work side-by-side with the dev team during refinements, planning, and reviews
• Ensure visual and UX consistency between what has already been done and what remains to be delivered
• Validate deliveries based on user feedback and metrics

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Designer, or hybrid role (PM/UX)
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototypes, design system)
• Experience with mobile products
• Strong collaboration with development teams (agile rituals, refinement, handoff)
• Knowledge of UX fundamentals (information architecture, usability, flows)
• Strong UI sense (typography, visual hierarchy, consistency)
• Ability to pick up stalled projects, quickly understand the context, and unblock deliveries
• Good communication skills and ability to clearly defend product decisions
