Delivery Lead / Product Owner

About the role

We have an opening for Delivery Lead / Product Owner, a hybrid position in the Bela Vista area of São Paulo. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the delivery of digital products, prioritizing the backlog, and acting as a bridge between business, technology, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the highest-value items are delivered first;
• Act as Delivery Lead, supporting the development team and removing impediments to continuous delivery;
• Define and communicate the product vision and the objectives of each cycle to the team and stakeholders;
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define solutions and acceptance criteria;
• Monitor delivery metrics and indicators, promoting continuous process improvements;
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or in a similar role;
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban;
• Experience with backlog management and tools such as Jira;
• Ability to communicate with technical teams and business areas;
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in the Bela Vista area of São Paulo.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence;
• Experience with digital products and multidisciplinary teams.

Work model and location
