Junior Product Owner / Business Analyst (Hybrid – São Paulo)

What will my responsibilities be?

The professional will be responsible for supporting the definition of technology solutions, working on project management, business scope documentation and software architecture design. They will work in collaboration with global IT teams, ensuring that solutions meet functional, non-functional, and security requirements, aligned with corporate strategies.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Support the definition of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and corporate standards.
• Meet with global teams.
• Prepare functional and technical scope documents, including requirements and diagrams.
• Contribute to the design of scalable and secure software architectures.
• Participate in project management, ensuring deadlines, quality, and integration with global teams.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, LGPD, and international standards.
• Support the definition of the technology roadmap and innovation strategies.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to implement the solutions.

What is required to join?

• Advanced English.
• 1+ years of proven experience working as a Product Owner, Requirements Analyst, or in Project Management.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Experience in process mapping.
• Technical documentation.
