Analista de Automação RPA UiPath Pleno (Híbrido - São Paulo)

What will be my responsibilities?

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining process automations using UiPath and Power Automate, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance. You will act from requirements gathering to production deployment, including testing, documentation, and monitoring. You will work in collaboration with global IT teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards and best practices

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Develop and maintain robots and automation flows in UiPath (+80%) and Power Automate (20%)
• Participate in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Perform tests and deploy automations to production.
• Monitor execution, fix failures, and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Document processes, flows, and procedures.
• Collaborate with global teams for architecture and governance alignment.
• Support stakeholders in identifying automation opportunities.

What is required to join?

• Advanced English.
• 2+ years of proven experience in RPA development using UiPath.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Knowledge of Power Automate.
• Concepts of process automations and integrations
• Programming logic
• Experience with technical and functional documentation

• Hybrid (3x week) – Pinheiros
