We are looking for a Marketing professional to work at a startup located in downtown São Paulo, in a hybrid model. The person will be responsible for structuring, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies with heavy use of generative artificial intelligence, contributing to campaign optimization, target audience analysis, content production, and continuous improvement of results.


The professional must have a strategic, innovative, autonomous, and generalist profile, with the ability to move between planning, execution, and analysis. The role will involve defining communication and paid traffic strategies, analyzing target audience behavior, creating briefings and campaign materials, monitoring performance, and making adjustments based on data, metrics, and AI resources.


Although the company already has a graphic designer, this professional is expected to have the repertoire to propose pieces, formats, creative approaches, and visual references, including using AI tools to generate images, videos, texts, and campaign variations. The person does not necessarily need to be a designer but must know how to guide creation, suggest paths, evaluate materials, and indicate how pieces can be improved for better performance.


Key responsibilities include:

  1. planning digital marketing campaigns;
  2. structuring segmentations and audiences for paid traffic campaigns;
  3. monitoring performance indicators;
  4. analyzing results with the support of AI tools;
  5. proposing adjustments to ongoing campaigns;
  6. generating reports for the company;
  7. supporting the creation of content, images, and videos with generative AI; and
  8. staying updated on trends, tools, and applications of artificial intelligence in marketing.

Differentials:

Experience in startups; knowledge of marketing automation tools; hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion funnels, and campaign optimization; proficiency in platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar; and experience using AI for campaign creation, creative generation, data analysis, and performance optimization.


We are looking for someone connected to the AI movement, with a genuine interest in applying new technologies to increase the efficiency, creativity, and accuracy of marketing actions. It is important that the person has the ability to work autonomously, propose solutions, test hypotheses, interpret data, and turn analyses into practical decisions.
