In this role, you won't just be an executor: you will serve as a direct bridge between disruptive ideas, high-impact projects with strategic clients, and new business development. This is the ideal opportunity for those who want to learn firsthand how corporate innovation management works.

What You Will Do Day-to-Day (Responsibilities):

• Support for Innovation Projects: Monitor the flow and timeline of department projects, ensuring alignment of deliverables and execution stages.
• Preparation of Reports and Metrics: Consolidate data and transform project and research information into analytical reports, presentations, and strategic dashboards.
• Strategic Planning Support: Assist in mapping opportunities, market analysis, monitoring department goals, and conducting feasibility studies.
• Interface with Strategic Clients: Support relationships with partners and key clients by attending follow-up meetings, documenting alignments, and assisting in managing deliverables.
• Business and Trend Prospecting: Research startups, new technologies, methodologies, and partnership opportunities to fuel the company's new business pipeline.
• Innovation Facilitation and Events: Support the organization of workshops, ideation sessions, dynamics, and events within the innovation ecosystem.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (from the 3rd or 4th semester onwards).
• Analytical and Organized Profile: Ability to synthesize large volumes of data/information into clear and structured reports.
• Active Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with strategic clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Productivity Tools: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially spreadsheets and presentation tools like PowerPoint/Google Slides).
• Proactive Attitude: Willingness to learn, propose improvements, and "make things happen."

Differentials (A Plus!):

• Prior knowledge or interest in Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or Design Thinking.
• Experience in junior enterprises, academic leagues, research projects, or startup ecosystems.
• Understanding of open innovation, hypothesis validation, or resource acquisition/funding.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
