IT Coordinator (Legal Entity)

We are seeking a professional to work as an IT Coordinator, with a generalist profile, strategic vision, and operational capacity, responsible for coordinating the Information Technology department, ensuring the availability, evolution, and maintenance of the company's technological environment.

The professional must possess solid experience in infrastructure management, technical support, IT environment administration, and integration with systems development areas, acting as the link between technology, business, and vendors.

Mandatory Requirements

• • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an IT Coordinator,
  • Career path built on a solid foundation in IT infrastructure support, evolving into a broader, generalist role involving:
  • Management of infrastructure environments;
  • Networks, servers, security, and corporate services;
  • User support and ticket management;
  • Vendor and technology contract administration;
  • Interface with systems development and corporate applications;
  • Generalist profile, with the ability to navigate between technical, operational, and management topics;
  • Experience coordinating internal teams and/or technology partners;
  • Ability to organize priorities, track demands, enforce deliverables, and ensure adequate service levels;
  • Knowledge of IT management best practices, processes, documentation, and continuous improvement;
  • English proficiency with the ability for technical reading and interpretation (documentation, manuals, systems, and technology content).
