RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES


  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment, ensuring full device functionality;
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks;
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and software, ensuring system compatibility and security;
  • Diagnose failures and perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals;
  • Manage and document technical tickets, maintaining detailed records of actions taken;
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and best practices in equipment maintenance;
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of information security policies;
  • Provide support in IT asset management, ensuring equipment control and tracking.


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Completed high school education or equivalent technical course;
  • Experience in activities related to local, on-site, and/or remote support via remote connection tools (installation, configuration, and maintenance) on Windows 7 operating systems or higher;
  • Microsoft Office versions 2016 and 365 or higher, and software necessary for performing computer maintenance tasks;
  • Microsoft MD100/MD102 Windows 10 certification or higher.
