REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree completed in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or in other fields with a graduate degree in Technology, Management, or Governance;
- Proven experience in implementing or utilizing ICT governance processes;
- Proven experience in management, coordination, supervision of projects, or management support;
- Proven knowledge through courses in project management best practices and agile methodologies;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / LibreOffice;
- Knowledge of ClickUp (desirable);
- Certifications in the field will be considered a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Support activities related to promoting Information Technology Governance within the State Executive Branch;
- Support the management and monitoring of ICT contracts;
- Support the management of NSIs;
- Support the organization of the IT Managers Meeting and other events;
- Support the planning of institutional cooperation formalizations and resource acquisition; Support the management of Information Technology resources;
- Support the management of communication and organizational culture;
- Support the management and execution of projects;
- Maintain up-to-date records of activity control;
- Contribute to the improvement of activities and processes within ATI departments;
- Create and analyze spreadsheets and charts;
- Perform administrative and operational activities;
- Support the development of plans and schedules;
- Support the updating of information on portals and systems;
- Develop technical studies and cost estimates.

- Work Mode: On-site in Recife
- Work Hours: 200 hours (monthly)
