RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Modeling and Artificial Intelligence: Develop, test, and implement Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models, applying advanced analysis and logic techniques to interpret events, automate decisions, and optimize corporate processes.
• Data Engineering and Integration: Locate and extract data from multiple sources, creating structured pipelines and using API calls or embedded code to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.
• Cloud Environment and Proofs of Concept (PoCs): Develop and validate Proofs of Concept (PoCs) using AI tools and services in cloud environments.
• Architecture and MLOps: Design scalable AI solutions (including LLM and RAG architectures), automating Machine Learning workflows aligned with MLOps best practices.
• Interface and Business Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and meetings with clients and business units to gather requirements, present solutions, and demonstrate the impact of intelligent automations.
• Development and Optimization: Work on data manipulation and processing using Python and R, applying refactoring techniques, source code optimization, and software engineering practices (such as XP and Clean Code) for production environments.
• Version Control and Quality: Ensure technical documentation, version control, and the lifecycle of Artificial Intelligence projects using Git/Gitflow in a Linux environment.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor the team, share technical knowledge, and actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed degree in Information Technology OR a degree in any field accompanied by a postgraduate degree (Specialization, Master's, or PhD) in IT, with a minimum workload of 360 hours.
• Certification (Possess at least one):

1. Machine Learning Engineer
2. AWS Certified Machine Learning - Associate
3. Azure AI Engineer Associate

• Proven solid experience in developing and practically applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and R languages, object-oriented and focused on data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Practical knowledge and application of MLOps, LLM, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Proficiency in concepts and SQL queries in relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience in client interviews, requirements gathering, and technical presentation of solutions.
• Knowledge of version control (Git/Gitflow) and Linux environments.

• Work Hours: 220 hours (monthly)
