RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Locate, extract, and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring quality and the necessary pipeline to feed Artificial Intelligence systems.
• Create, train, test, and evolve Machine Learning and deep learning models to interpret events, predict scenarios, and automate actions/decisions.
• Develop solutions based on Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering), adapting these technologies to the company's business needs.
• Implement AI applications using API calls or embedded code, ensuring seamless integration of AI systems with existing business ecosystems and applications.
• Utilize and manage AI tools, services, and infrastructure in major cloud environments (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ideate and execute Proofs of Concept to validate the technical feasibility and business value of new AI technologies and algorithms.
• Apply advanced analysis and logic techniques to automate complex processes, generating operational efficiency and business intelligence.
• Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines to ensure secure deployment, continuous monitoring, versioning, and scalability of models in production.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields in Technology/Exact Sciences.
• Possess relevant professional certification, preferably: AWS Certified Machine Learning, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or Google Cloud Machine Learning Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and R (OOP and data libraries); knowledge of Java.
• Solid knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning (Neural Networks), and statistical modeling.
• Practical experience implementing solutions with LLMs and RAG architecture.
• Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and knowledge of Spark and Hadoop ecosystems.
• Experience creating and deploying APIs using FlaskAPI.
• Practice in code optimization, Refactoring, and agile methodologies (XP).
• Familiarity with machine learning pipelines, MLOps tools, and Git/Gitflow.
• Practical knowledge of the Linux operating system.
