REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree and experience in Information Technology or related fields;
  • Expertise in creating workflows using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation);
  • Experience in modeling, analyzing, and managing business processes;
  • Hands-on experience in digital transformation projects;
  • Knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement;
  • Mastery of agile software development principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and Kanban;
  • Practical experience in specifying user stories;
  • Knowledge of BDD (Behavior Driven Development);
  • Proficiency in business process management areas according to ABPMP (Association Of Business Process Management Professionals International) practices;
  • Expertise in requirements management and hypothesis formulation following agile methods (Scrum and Kanban).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Actively participate in the identification, definition, mapping, and documentation of business processes;
  • Gather and refine software requirements to be implemented;
  • Serve as the liaison between business teams (stakeholders) and the development team, ensuring alignment and consistency;
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication, helping the entire technical team deepen their understanding of the business domain;
  • Proactively propose solutions and new features;
  • Organize application information, behavior, and process flows;
  • Ensure final deliverables meet all business needs (both stated and unstated).

  • Work Mode: Hybrid in Recife/PE
  • Workload: 220 hours (monthly)
