REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree and experience in Information Technology or related fields;
• Application development with Python;
• Proficiency in creating BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) flows;
• Experience with business process modeling, analysis, and management;
• Experience in digital transformation projects;
• Knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement;
• Proficiency in agile software development principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and Kanban;
• Practical experience specifying user stories;
• Knowledge of BDD (Behavior Driven Development);
• Proficiency in business process management areas in accordance with ABPMP (Association Of Business Process Management Professionals International) practices;
• Proficiency in requirements management and hypothesis formulation in accordance with agile methods (Scrum and Kanban).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Actively participate in identifying, defining, mapping, and documenting business processes;
• Conduct the gathering and refinement of software requirements to be implemented;
• Act as the link between business teams (stakeholders) and the development team, ensuring alignment and consistency;
• Facilitate cross-functional communication, helping the entire technical team deepen its understanding of the business domain;
• Proactively propose solutions and new features;
• Organize the application's information, behavior, and process flow;
• Ensure that final deliverables meet all business needs (both stated and unstated).
