REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Consolidated experience, preferably in a public institution, as a full-stack developer or full-stack developer analyst, verified at the time of hiring.
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related IT courses.
• Mandatory practical knowledge in creating applications using .Net, ASP.NET, Web JavaScript Frameworks, and Angular 4 or higher.
• Mandatory knowledge of SQL Server (as a developer).
• Familiarity with OpenShift 3.11 or higher, 3Scale, RHSSO, APIMan 1.3.0.Final or higher, and Keycloak 3.0.0 or higher.
• Ability to work with ASP, PostgreSQL 9.5 or higher, Oracle 11 or higher, and MySQL.
• Basic infrastructure concepts: NFS v4 or higher, IIS, RHEL 7.6 or higher, and MapasPE.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Develop software using container-based technologies and continuous integration.
• Create prototypes and mockups and code the application interfaces and services.
• Produce and optimize code based on problem analysis, root cause identification, and specification of improvements to reduce failures, including analysis of database update scripts.
• Ensure code security and quality through code analysis and security audit of code produced by the development factory.
• Work with other systems to define and manage integrations, including integration specification and testing.
• Support the development and execution of test plans.
