REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology OR completion of any bachelor's degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in IT with a minimum of 360 hours;
• Consolidated experience in software development.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
• Practical experience with CI/CD and pipeline automation;
• Advanced knowledge of DevOps practices and secure development (DevSecOps);
• Mastery of software architecture and good code design practices (DDD, SOLID, Clean Architecture);
• Experience with microservices and API-based architecture;
• Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including query optimization and advanced modeling;
• Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes);
• Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
• Proven ability to optimize application performance and scalability.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Act as a specialist/technical reference in software development, with flexibility to adapt to project needs (backend, frontend, fullstack, or integrations);
• Support the definition of architectures and lead technical initiatives within the team;
• Ensure the application of software engineering best practices within the development team;
• Work directly on optimizing the performance and scalability of critical systems;
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the product and the company's technological environment;
• Collaborate with corporate architects to design and define robust, secure, and efficient solutions;
• Provide technical training (mentoring) to less experienced developers, disseminating knowledge, culture, and good coding practices.
