REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Plan and manage test cycles, aligning the scope of the discipline with available deadlines.
- Execute acceptance, compatibility, regression, functional, and non-functional tests (exploratory, connectivity, security, stress, and load).
- Identify and map target test items to be evaluated by the team's effort.
- Perform maintenance of system cycles (active homologation) in defined environments, monitoring daily, monthly, batch, and interface routines.
- Critically evaluate and document the results obtained at the end of each test cycle.
- Use specialized tools to support test planning, management, performance, and automated execution.
- Perform information security tests and validations on systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology OR a bachelor's degree in any field accompanied by a postgraduate degree (lato sensu, master's, or doctorate) in IT.
- Certifications (mandatory to have at least one): ATC - Certified Test Analyst (IBQTS); CBTS - Brazilian Software Testing Certification (ALATS); CTFL - Certified Tester Foundation Level.
- Mastery of software testing techniques and defect identification.
- Knowledge of test management tools, bug tracking, and test automation.
- Knowledge of OWASP security guidelines for identifying vulnerabilities and proposing improvements.
- Ability to evaluate Non-Functional Performance Requirements using monitors and specific tools.
- Mastery in creating basic test documentation (Plans, Scripts, Evidence, and Test Data).
- Skill in creating scripts in specialized tools and automation with variable data sets (datapool).
