RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Provide technical support and resolve incidents.
• Update and document requests and issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.
• Monitor and manage IT networks and infrastructure.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Provide basic training to end users.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed degree in an IT-related field.
• Knowledge of networks, hardware, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Ability to diagnose, install, and configure software and equipment.
• Knowledge of networks and structured cabling.

• Employment Type: CLT (Brazilian labor contract)
• Work Mode: On-site in São Paulo
• Work Hours: 220 hours (monthly)
