RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Manage and support network infrastructure, including LANs, wireless networks, and authentication based on the 802.1X protocol with RADIUS servers.
- Configure, administer, and maintain MS-Windows Server (2019 or later) and GNU/Linux environments.
- Develop scripts (Shell Script) and automate tasks to optimize processes and network and system infrastructure.
- Administer and monitor infrastructure using Zabbix and SNMP agents.
- Engage in Information Security activities, including threat detection and prevention, penetration testing (Pentest), incident response, and digital forensics.
- Configure and administer VoIP telephone exchanges.
- Apply ICT governance best practices based on ITIL and COBIT frameworks and ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002 standards.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve incidents related to infrastructure, networks, servers, and security.
- Create technical documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT environments.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Information Technology (IT).
- Experience with administration and support of MS-Windows Server and GNU/Linux operating systems.
- Experience in computer networks, computer architecture, and authentication mechanisms based on the 802.1X protocol.
- Knowledge of ICT governance and management using ITIL, COBIT, and ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27002 standards.
- Technical English for reading and interpreting documentation.
- Possess at least one of the required certifications: CEH Practical, Pentest+, CySA+, GSEC, CIH, GCIH, GCIA, ECSA, CHFI, dCAA, CCNA Routing and Switching, CompTIA Network+, JNCIP-ENT, or equivalent/higher.
- Knowledge of Shell Script, programming logic, SNMP, and task automation.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix) and administration of VoIP environments.
- Ability to work in monitoring, information security, incident response, and IT infrastructure administration.
