REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree completed in Information Technology;
• Solid experience in the field;
• Practical knowledge in centralizing and parsing structured logs in Loki using Open Telemetry;
• Experience monitoring base infrastructure and network appliances with Zabbix (triggers, LLD, and agents);
• Knowledge in diagnosing microservices topology and network/I/O bottlenecks via Coroot and/or Grafana Beyla;
• Experience building actionable alerts and unified dashboards in Grafana;
• Experience with hybrid environments and application deployment;
• Expertise in automating deployments in IIS via PowerShell/WinRM and containerized deployments of .NET Core on Linux;
• Knowledge in integrating authentication/access with Active Directory (Kerberos, LDAP, gMSA).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Work as a DevOps support analyst focused on development, infrastructure, and integrations environments (DEV/QA/PROD);
• Ensure continuous monitoring and operability of the infrastructure environment;
• Implement and manage the centralization of structured logs using Loki and Open Telemetry;
• Monitor base infrastructure and network appliances using Zabbix;
• Diagnose network/I/O bottlenecks and manage microservices topology using Coroot and Grafana Beyla;
• Create and maintain actionable alerts and unified dashboards within Grafana;
• Execute and automate deployment routines in IIS and containerized deployments of .NET Core on Linux;
• Perform secure access and authentication integrations with Active Directory.
