RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Manage and provide support for computer networks, including LANs, wireless networks, and authentication based on the 802.1X protocol with RADIUS servers.
- Configure, administer, and maintain MS-Windows Server (2019 or later) and GNU/Linux distribution servers.
- Develop scripts (Shell Script) and automate tasks to optimize network and system environments.
- Work on the configuration, administration, and monitoring of environments using Zabbix and SNMP agents.
- Provide support for Information Security activities, including threat detection and prevention, penetration testing (Pentest), incident response, and digital forensics.
- Configure and administer VoIP telephone exchanges.
- Apply best practices in ICT governance and management based on ITIL and COBIT frameworks and ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002 standards.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to network infrastructure, servers, and services.
- Support the continuous improvement of technological environments, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
- Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with the team on implementing solutions and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Information Technology.
- Experience with MS-Windows Server and GNU/Linux operating systems.
- Experience in computer networks, computer architecture, and authentication mechanisms based on the 802.1X protocol.
- Knowledge of best practices in ICT management and governance, using ITIL, COBIT, and ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002 standards.
- Technical English for reading and interpreting documentation.
- Hold at least one of the required certifications, such as CEH Practical, Pentest+, CySA+, GSEC, CIH, GCIH, GCIA, ECSA, CHFI, dCAA, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, JNCIP-ENT, or equivalent/higher.
- Knowledge of Shell Script, programming logic, SNMP, and administration of monitoring environments.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix), VoIP, and network infrastructure.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure and security incidents.
