RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Gather demands and requirements from stakeholders.
- Provide support and continuous monitoring throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Actively handle system maintenance and support requests.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields.
- Solid and proven experience in Requirements Engineering/Analysis and in system support/maintenance routines.
- Practical knowledge in data modeling and querying relational databases, with a focus on PL/SQL (Oracle) and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in system support and maintenance.
- Certification or training courses in agile frameworks (Scrum).
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Soft skills: Excellent verbal/written communication and empathy in relationships with clients and the development team.

- Employment Type: CLT (Permanent Employee)
- Work Mode: On-site in Uberlândia-MG
- Work Hours: 44 hours per week (220 hours/month)
