RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Plan, structure, and execute software testing, covering functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and acceptance testing.
• Develop and detail test scenarios and test cases aligned with application requirements.
• Identify, document in detail, track the lifecycle of, and validate the correction of failures and bugs with the development team.
• Perform testing and validation of REST APIs and integrations between corporate systems.
• Validate and audit data volumes and information integrity directly in relational databases using SQL queries.
• Document evidence, logs, and results of executed tests in a clear and standardized manner.
• Use demand management and test management tools (such as Jira) and version control with Git.
• Support acceptance testing, delivery validations with key users, and actively contribute to continuous improvement of product quality.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed or in-progress bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields).
• Strong and proven experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing (QA).
• Practical expertise in developing, planning, and executing test cases and scenarios (functional, regression, exploratory, and integration).
• Experience with the complete defect/bug reporting, tracking, and retesting workflow.
• Knowledge of SQL queries for checking and validating data in databases.
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing (via Postman, Insomnia, or similar tools).
• Experience with ticket/demand management tools (e.g., Jira) and version control (Git).
• Experience working in agile methodology routines and rituals (Scrum/Kanban).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical knowledge of test automation (preferably using Cypress or Selenium).

• Work Arrangement: 100% On-site in Florianópolis, SC
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 19:00
