REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a completed bachelor's degree in any field, accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology
- Hold at least one of the following certifications: PSM I – Professional Scrum Master I; CSM – Certified ScrumMaster; CSPO – Certified Scrum Product Owner; PSPO I – Professional Scrum Product Owner I;
- Proficiency in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation);
- Experience in modeling, analyzing, and managing business processes;
- Experience in digital transformation projects;
- Knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement;
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and Kanban;
- Experience in specifying user stories;
- Knowledge of BDD (Behavior Driven Development);
- Knowledge of business process management, according to ABPMP practices;
- Knowledge of requirements management and application of agile methods, such as Scrum and Kanban.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Identify, define, analyze, and document business processes;
- Gather, analyze, and document software requirements;
- Act as a liaison between business areas and development teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication;
- Facilitate the understanding of business needs and rules by technical teams;
- Deepen knowledge of the business domain related to solutions under development;
- Propose features and solutions aligned with business needs;
- Organize and structure information, flows, and application behaviors;
- Define and document process flows using BPMN;
- Create and specify user stories and functional requirements;
- Support the definition of acceptance criteria and expected behaviors of features;
- Apply BDD practices in the definition and validation of requirements;
- Work on continuous improvement and process automation;
- Support digital transformation projects;
- Facilitate collaboration between business, product, and technology areas;
- Apply Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies in requirements and process management;
- Ensure that developed solutions align with both stated and unstated business needs.
