REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a completed bachelor's degree in any field, accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology
• Hold at least one of the following certifications: PSM I – Professional Scrum Master I; CSM – Certified ScrumMaster; CSPO – Certified Scrum Product Owner; PSPO I – Professional Scrum Product Owner I;
• Proficiency in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation);
• Experience in modeling, analyzing, and managing business processes;
• Experience in digital transformation projects;
• Knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement;
• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and practices, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and Kanban;
• Experience in specifying user stories;
• Knowledge of BDD (Behavior Driven Development);
• Knowledge of business process management, according to ABPMP practices;
• Knowledge of requirements management and application of agile methods, such as Scrum and Kanban.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Identify, define, analyze, and document business processes;
• Gather, analyze, and document software requirements;
• Act as a liaison between business areas and development teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication;
• Facilitate the understanding of business needs and rules by technical teams;
• Deepen knowledge of the business domain related to solutions under development;
• Propose features and solutions aligned with business needs;
• Organize and structure information, flows, and application behaviors;
• Define and document process flows using BPMN;
• Create and specify user stories and functional requirements;
• Support the definition of acceptance criteria and expected behaviors of features;
• Apply BDD practices in the definition and validation of requirements;
• Work on continuous improvement and process automation;
• Support digital transformation projects;
• Facilitate collaboration between business, product, and technology areas;
• Apply Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies in requirements and process management;
• Ensure that developed solutions align with both stated and unstated business needs.
