RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Support innovation initiatives, digital transformation, and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Map, document, analyze, and propose improvements to organizational processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of workflows.
• Research, test, and evaluate new technologies, digital tools, and market trends.
• Support the implementation and dissemination of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence.
• Contribute to the creation of standards, methodologies, and best practices for internal processes.
• Develop presentations, executive reports, and communication materials.
• Participate in multidisciplinary projects and support actions to position Ibrowse in innovation and technology.
• Monitor indicators, results, and benefits of digital transformation initiatives.
• Support internal training and actions to disseminate the culture of innovation.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields.
• Interest in innovation, digital transformation, process automation, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Ability to learn new technologies and digital tools autonomously.
• Knowledge in mapping, documenting, and analyzing organizational processes.
• Familiarity with Generative Artificial Intelligence, productivity tools, and digital collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of process management, agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Lean, PDCA, indicators (KPIs), and data analysis.
• Desirable knowledge of BI tools, automation, and system integration.
• Desirable experience in innovation projects, digital transformation, or continuous improvement.
