- Combine data analysis, testing, and statistical models to understand customer behavior, support decisions, and generate measurable impact.
- Investigate causes of changes in business performance, with a focus on key metrics and organizational goals.
- Work with imperfect data and collaborate with the platform team to improve data quality and governance; use AI to increase analytical productivity.
- Share domain knowledge, mentor colleagues, and raise the technical and analytical quality of the team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in quantitative or technical analysis, preferably in product analytics or e-commerce.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product analytics or e-commerce.
- Python for statistical modeling (preferred, not required).
- Experience with multi-armed bandit testing and applying AI to accelerate analyses.
Behavioral Competencies
An autonomous, organized, and collaborative person, able to handle ambiguity and imperfect data. Curious to investigate causes, pragmatic in prioritizing opportunities, accountable for the impact of recommendations, and willing to share knowledge and mentor colleagues.
- Independently solve ambiguous, high-impact problems; turn analytical findings into priorities and product decisions.
- Design and interpret experiments, define success metrics, and investigate changes in business indicators.
- Communicate insights, limitations, and recommendations clearly to different audiences; present results to leadership.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams, manage multiple demands, and present your own work in English on a daily basis.
