About the role

We are seeking an experienced, high-performance Sales Development Representative (SDR) to step into a Team Lead position within our Outbound Sales team.

This is a Player-Coach role: you will continue working as an SDR with your own targets and prospecting activities, while helping the team maintain focus, consistency, and quality in their daily operations.

You will be the primary support point for the Outbound Sales Manager, sharing observations about the team, assisting new SDRs, and supporting colleagues, always leading by example.

Important: this is not a people management position.

Responsibilities

Outbound Sales

  • Execute a high daily volume of outbound calls, using email and LinkedIn as complementary channels.
  • Research accounts and contacts to prepare approaches and personalize conversations.
  • Engage with decision-makers using playbooks and frameworks for outreach and objection handling.
  • Identify qualified opportunities and perform handoffs to the Inside Sales (ISR) team, providing necessary context.
  • Keep CRM and Sales Engagement tools updated with prospecting activities and results.
  • Adhere to compliance standards, data hygiene practices, and applicable regulations.

Team Lead

  • Lead by example, maintaining a high level of activity, organization, and professionalism.
  • Support colleagues with questions, daily challenges, and process application.
  • Assist in onboarding new SDRs by introducing tools, routines, and expectations.
  • Share observations with the manager regarding performance, engagement, recurring objections, and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, and coaching workshops as needed.

Performance and Continuous Improvement

  • Meet or exceed your own KPIs for activity, connection rates, conversation quality, and qualified opportunities.
  • Consistently apply qualification standards and ensure the quality of opportunities passed to ISRs.
  • Incorporate feedback, test new approaches, and contribute to the evolution of messaging, processes, and playbooks.

Requirements

  • Professional English proficiency at B2/C1-C2 level, with the ability to conduct spontaneous conversations with US companies and decision-makers.
  • Proven experience as a high-performance, high-volume outbound SDR.
  • Availability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time (PST/PDT).
  • Organization, autonomy, resilience, and consistency in a results-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills to identify issues, share observations, and propose solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Aircall, Dialpad, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial services, facilities management, or related sectors.
  • Prior experience as a Team Lead, Player-Coach, or technical/operational reference for an SDR team.

Soft Skills

  • Coachability: Constant pursuit of learning and improvement.
  • Resilience: Maintains consistency and professionalism under pressure.
  • Leading by example: Influences the team through personal performance, discipline, and attitude.

Work Model

  • 100% remote
  • Open to professionals based in Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia
  • Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM PST/PDT
  • Employment status: Full-time via Employer of Record (EOR)
  • Reports directly to the Outbound Sales Manager
