Mid-Level DevOps Analyst | São Paulo | Hybrid CLT

Act in the Information Technology area, serving as the interface between Development, Information Security, and Operations teams, facilitating collaboration and continuous integration; Monitor the software development lifecycle, focusing on deployment, operation, and monitoring processes; implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, packaging, and deployment, and maintain and enhance IT infrastructure, using automation tools to ensure stability, scalability, and availability.

Requirements:

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.

- Proficiency in at least one public cloud (OCI, Azure, AWS, or GCP).

- Solid knowledge in DevOps, DevSecOps (including CI, CD, CM, and CS), Kong, and PowerBI.

- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).

- Proficiency in N8N and/or Ansible (playbooks, roles, environment automation).

- Experience with containers (Docker) and image management.

- Experience with Kubernetes (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).

- Experience with Rancher in multi-cluster environments.

- Experience with Linux environments (administration and scripting).

- Skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or Shell scripting for automation and tool integration.

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).

- Knowledge of security in DevOps environments (secret management, hardening, etc.).

Education:

Full degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.

Hybrid Work Model (1 day per week on-site in the Av. Paulista region).
