We are looking for a Mid-Level Protheus Developer to join our team and contribute directly to the evolution of our TOTVS Protheus environment, developing solutions, integrations, and improvements that support process efficiency and business growth.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in developing and maintaining solutions in the Protheus ERP, focusing on quality, performance, and development best practices;
• Has an analytical profile and the ability to understand business processes, proposing solutions that add value to user departments;
• Enjoys working collaboratively, partnering with technical teams and business areas;
• Has an interest in continuous learning, keeping up with new technologies, and contributing to the evolution of internal processes;
• Works with autonomy, organization, a sense of priority, and commitment to deadlines and results.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain routines in ADVPL/TLPP in the Protheus ERP, following development best practices;
• Develop and maintain integrations using WebServices (REST/SOAP), handling data in JSON and XML;
• Create, optimize, and maintain queries, procedures, and other objects in SQL Server, seeking performance and efficiency;
• Provide technical and functional support to users of BackOffice modules (Finance, Tax, Purchasing, Inventory, Costs, Billing, and Accounting), performing root cause analysis and incident resolution;
• Participate in release updates, patch application, data dictionary maintenance, and Protheus environment parameterization;
• Gather requirements from business areas, proposing systemic improvements and process optimization;
• Document developments, customizations, and integrations, ensuring organization, traceability, and code versioning.

Differentiators:

• Knowledge of PO-UI;
• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban;
• Experience with tax integrations (NF-e, SPED, eSocial, among others);
• Knowledge of code versioning tools (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar);
• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence for process automation, productivity, or development support.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
• Experience as a Protheus Developer;
• Proficiency in ADVPL and knowledge of TLPP;
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and handling JSON and XML;
• Knowledge of SQL Server, including queries, procedures, and performance optimization;
• Knowledge of Protheus architecture, including Configurator, AppServer, and data dictionary;
• Functional knowledge of Protheus BackOffice modules;
• Experience with code versioning.

Additional Information:

• Work location: Barra Funda/SP.
• Employment type: CLT (Brazilian labor contract).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Work model: 100% on-site.
• Salary expectation: will be evaluated based on experience and fit for the role.
• Annual Bonus Program, with the possibility of a bonus of up to 1 salary, depending on performance and company results.
