We are seeking a Senior Protheus Developer to join our team and act as a technical reference in the evolution of the TOTVS Protheus environment, developing solutions, integrations, and improvements that drive process efficiency and support the sustainable growth of the business.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in the development, maintenance, and evolution of solutions in TOTVS Protheus, working with autonomy and technical excellence;
• Has an analytical and consultative profile, capable of understanding business unit needs and transforming them into efficient and scalable solutions;
• Acts as a technical reference, sharing knowledge and supporting team development;
• Enjoys working in dynamic environments, proposing continuous improvements and contributing to the evolution of processes and systems;
• Has an ownership mindset, organization, focus on results, and commitment to delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions in ADVPL and TLPP within the TOTVS Protheus ERP, following development and architecture best practices;
• Develop and maintain integrations between systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML;
• Design, develop, and optimize queries, procedures, views, and other objects in SQL Server, ensuring performance and scalability;
• Act as a technical reference in maintaining BackOffice modules (Finance, Tax, Purchasing, Inventory, Costing, Billing, and Accounting);
• Gather requirements with business units, proposing technical solutions and systemic improvements;
• Participate in the architecture, implementation, and evolution of new projects related to the Protheus environment;
• Manage release updates, patch application, data dictionary maintenance, and ERP parameterization;
• Ensure technical documentation, code versioning, and dissemination of development best practices;
• Provide technical support to the IT team, contributing to the resolution of complex problems and the evolution of the technological environment.

It will be a plus:

• Knowledge of PO-UI;
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control tools;
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Experience with tax integrations (NF-e, SPED, eSocial, CT-e, MDF-e);
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration architecture;
• Experience with Power BI or Business Intelligence tools;
• Application of Artificial Intelligence for process automation, solution development, and productivity increase.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
• Solid experience as a Senior Protheus Developer;
• Advanced mastery of ADVPL and TLPP;
• Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML;
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, including data modeling, procedures, query optimization, and performance;
• Solid knowledge of TOTVS Protheus architecture, including Configurator, AppServer, data dictionary, RPO, and parameterizations;
• Experience with Finance, Tax, Purchasing, Inventory, Costing, Billing, and Accounting modules;
• Experience with code versioning and development best practices;
• Ability to act consultatively, technically leading projects and proposing improvements to business processes.

Additional Information:

• Work location: Barra Funda/SP.
• Employment type: CLT (Brazilian labor contract).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Work model: 100% on-site.
• Salary expectation: Will be evaluated based on experience and fit for the role.
