Tasks and Responsibilities
Show originalMonitor, maintain, and provide technical support for the company's critical systems (Protheus ERP, marketplace, digital catalog, integrations, backoffice tools, CRM, and SAC).
Act in the identification, registration, prioritization, and resolution of technical incidents, ensuring SLA compliance and minimizing business impact.
Work together with the Digital Product team on the technical evolution of processes that impact onboarding, catalog, orders, logistics, and finance.
Act as the technical focal point with technology suppliers (ERP, cloud, platforms, gateways, etc.).
Monitor tickets, contracts, technical deliveries, deadlines, and the quality of contracted solutions.
Create and maintain records of recurring incidents, root causes, and mitigation plans.
Support the technical homologation processes for new suppliers and tools.
Collaborate with the infrastructure team, monitoring basic information security practices, access control, backups, and operational continuity.
