RESPONSIBILITIES:

The SAP MM (Material Management) Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of the SAP MM module, ensuring the efficiency of material management, purchasing, and inventory processes. They will work on strategic ERP projects, providing support to Key Users, offering innovative solutions aligned with market best practices, and ensuring complete system sustainability.

• Configure and customize the SAP MM module to meet business needs in purchasing, inventory, and supplier management processes.
• Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues in SAP MM, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Integrate the SAP MM module with other SAP modules, such as FI and SD, ensuring process fluidity.
• Conduct analysis and process mapping to identify and implement improvements in SAP MM.
• Monitor and ensure data integrity in SAP MM, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and execute functional, integrated, and regression tests to validate implemented configurations and improvements.
• Create and maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation for SAP MM configurations and processes.
• Provide support and training to key users and operational teams on the use of SAP MM.
• Manage changes and releases for the SAP MM module, ensuring the proper implementation of new processes and functionalities.
• Work together with suppliers and internal teams to resolve incidents and develop new functionalities in SAP MM.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
• SAP MM certification is desirable;
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing the SAP MM module, preferably with a focus on Retail
• Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (desirable).
• Basic knowledge of ABAP for debugging analysis and technical support (a plus).
• Familiarity with incident and demand management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, Solution Manager).
• SAP MM certification.
• Knowledge in Fiori
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP MM, including configuration and support.
• Experience in SAP MM implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
• In-depth knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and supplier processes in SAP.
• Experience integrating SAP MM with other modules such as FI and SD.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management (Scrum, ITIL, PMI).

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, with flexible hours (Hybrid work model);

Work Location: Headquarters - Vila Leopoldina (near Vila Lobos Park / Vila Lobos-Jaguaré Station).
