RESPONSIBILITIES:

Professional responsible for supporting, evolving, and integrating the SAP CAR module, ensuring correct processing and consolidation of sales and customer activity data between retail channels and SAP S/4HANA systems.

Must possess solid functional and technical experience in SAP CAR and its components (POSDTA, OAA, UDF, DDF, Inventory Visibility, etc.), as well as knowledge of Retail Omnichannel processes, integration with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori.

• Act as a technical and functional reference for the SAP CAR module;
• Ensure integration of sales and inventory data between POS, ERP, and other applications;
• Configure, monitor, and optimize POSDTA (Point of Sale Data Transfer and Audit) processes;
• Implement and sustain solutions for Omnichannel Article Availability (OAA) and Unified Demand Forecast (UDF);
• Support the business team in analyzing sales data and customer behavior;
• Define and validate integrations with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, VTEX Commerce, LINX, among others;
• Work on continuous improvements, incident resolution, and second/third-level support;
• Develop technical and functional documentation and conduct knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and develop new functionalities in SAP CAR.

REQUIREMENTS:

Completed Higher Education: Technology/Information Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

Proven experience in SAP CAR implementations and support (minimum 3–5 years);

Solid knowledge in:

• POSDTA – processing and monitoring of point-of-sale transactions;
• OAA (Omnichannel Article Availability);
• UDF (Unified Demand Forecast);
• DDF (Demand Data Foundation);
• Inventory Visibility and Real-time Sales Analytics
• Experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC;
• Knowledge of SAP HANA, SLT, and ABAP debugging (plus);
• Experience with Retail data models (articles, stores, promotions, sales, inventory);
• Prior experience in retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce companies is desirable;
• Intermediate or advanced English (reading and technical communication).
• SAP CAR certification is desirable.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, with flexible hours (Hybrid work model);

Work Location: Headquarters - Vila Leopoldina (near Vila Lobos Park / Vila Lobos-Jaguaré Station).
