RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the necessary infrastructure for complex systems and applications, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and deliver high performance. The professional contributes to the continuous evolution of technological solutions, supporting internal teams and leading projects with significant autonomy.
- Analyze and understand the requirements and functionalities that systems and applications must execute, aligning them with the requirements defined by clients and business needs.
- Estimate the effort required for system development and coordinate project execution.
- Contribute to the development of new concepts and the improvement of existing techniques, always seeking to optimize the performance and quality of solutions.
- Develop application performance models, taking into account service quality requirements, expected processing volume, and established performance goals.
- Guide the technical team in more complex solutions and ensure that best practices are applied in system development.
- Manage system projects with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring delivery within the defined timeline, scope, and budget.
- Provide ongoing support to internal teams, identifying and resolving technical issues in system components and applications.
- Collaborate with other areas to ensure that system solutions meet operational and business needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher Education: Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience in web development, system integrations, and the use of AI in the development process.
- Experience in technology projects, including process mapping, functional specifications, and user support.
- Experience in analyzing and resolving high-complexity system incidents.
- Best practices in development and system integration.
- Training in system architecture (preferred).
- Project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, ITIL – preferred).
- Knowledge in React, Java, NodeJS
- Knowledge in system architecture and data modeling.
- Technical documentation tools (BPMN, UML, flowcharts).
- Knowledge of databases and SQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
- Project management tools (Jira, AWS DevOps, or similar).
- Strong fundamentals in information security and data governance.
- Familiarity with specific pharmaceutical retail solutions (PBM, verticalized ERPs, fiscal integrations).

Contract Type: CLT (Brazilian Labor Law);
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, with flexible hours (Hybrid work model);
Work Location: Headquarters - Vila Leopoldina (near Vila Lobos Park / Vila Lobos-Jaguaré Station).
