Transcript Reviewer / English Editor (Remote – Based in Brazil)

About the Role

We are looking for a person who is fluent in English, with excellent listening comprehension and mastery of written language, to review and correct automatic transcriptions of videos and audio produced by US regulatory agencies.

The role is 100% remote, with payment in dollars (USD), and is aimed at those who reside in Brazil (of any nationality).

Previous experience is not required, but the candidate will take an English test, which will assess vocabulary, oral comprehension, and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities

• Carefully listen to the English audio and compare it with the automatic transcriptions.
• Correct errors in interpretation, punctuation, spelling, and proper names.
• Ensure that the final text accurately represents the spoken content.
• Maintain consistency, clarity, and linguistic quality in the reviewed documents.
• Meet deadlines and maintain proactive communication with the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of review processes and content quality.

Requirements

• Fluent English, with excellent vocabulary and mastery of grammar.
• Excellent listening comprehension (ability to understand different accents and speaking contexts).
• Attention to detail and a high level of concentration.
• Good organization and autonomy in remote work.
• Availability to work in flexible hours.
• Residence in Brazil (payments will be made in USD).
• No previous experience required — we provide training.
