Product Manager / Product Owner (B2B SaaS – Regulatory Tech)

Our platform helps companies and institutions monitor regulatory agency decisions, combining automated intelligence, videos, documents, and advanced searches to support decision-making.

We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to join our remote and international team, on a full-time basis.

This person will play a central role in the product's evolution, acting as a bridge between users, business, and technical teams, ensuring that market feedback translates into concrete, prioritized improvements aligned with the company's strategy.

Main responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for the engineering team, working directly with the CEO, Product Director, and other internal stakeholders
• Deeply understand business problems and product needs, helping to transform ideas and requirements into clear, structured, and prioritized requirements
• Refine and detail functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they are ready for development (ready for engineering)
• Create, maintain, and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and product artifacts
• Work closely and continuously with the engineering team during development, tracking delivery progress
• Support backlog organization, sprint planning, and agile rituals, ensuring the team has clarity on priorities and next steps
• Help remove impediments and clarify technical team questions to maintain an efficient workflow
• Validate delivered features, ensuring adherence to requirements, quality, and product objectives
• Collaborate in the continuous evolution of product and development processes, promoting best practices in communication and delivery
• Contribute to product communication, helping to structure and write product updates about new features, improvements, and relevant changes
• Support the internal and external dissemination of what the team is delivering, ensuring clarity, alignment, and visibility on the product's evolution

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar role
• Ease in learning and working with technical products and SaaS platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Analytical profile, with the ability to transform feedback and data into practical decisions
• Organization, responsibility, and autonomy for remote work
• Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, dashboards, spreadsheets, product and analytics tools)
• Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Activities

• Work daily with engineering, CEO, and product leadership to evolve features and improvements
• Refine requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria throughout the development cycle
• Monitor the execution of deliveries during sprints, ensuring fluidity, clarity, and continuous progress
• Clarify technical team questions and help unblock impediments related to requirements and scope
• Actively participate in agile rituals (planning, refinements, dailies, reviews)
• Validate delivered features before release, ensuring alignment with product objectives
• Contribute to product communication, supporting the creation of product updates about what is being delivered
• Collaborate in the continuous improvement of product and development processes
