We are looking for a Technology Coordinator to lead our R&D team and drive the evolution of our platform, connecting strategy, product, data, and innovation.
The role begins on-site in Rio do Sul/SC to ensure close onboarding with the team and the product. After the first 3 months, the model shifts to hybrid, combining on-site and remote days. This position is also open to people with disabilities (PWD).

Responsibilities
- Coordinate sprint planning and execution, ensuring strategic prioritization and deadline compliance
- Contribute to defining and tracking OKRs, aligning deliverables with corporate goals
- Manage the R&D team, fostering autonomy, collaboration, and high performance
- Support conflict resolution and organizational climate initiatives
- Monitor technology and product performance metrics to enable data-driven decisions
- Coordinate strategic technology projects, ensuring technical feasibility, cost control, and quality
- Support the structuring of the data area and implementation of analytical tools
- Promote technical upskilling within the team, focusing on security, performance, and data science
- Conduct frequent feedback sessions and create individual development plans
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding new talent
Mandatory Requirements
- Reside in Rio do Sul/SC or surrounding region
- Bachelor's degree completed in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Graduate degree, MBA, or specialization in IT Project Management, Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technology Leadership, Agile Management, or Digital Transformation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, especially Web solutions
- Experience managing technical teams (tech lead, coordination, or management in agile squads)
- Mastery of agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Web software architecture and public cloud
- Experience with data analysis, analytical tools, system integrations, information security, and performance monitoring
- Practical and strategic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to technology projects
- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and automated testing
- Experience with software quality and development best practices
- Strong ability to lead, develop, and upskill technical teams
