Show originalThe MediaLab management team operates in the planning and execution of Technology projects, organizing experimentation spaces, developing prototypes, and proposing methodologies that add value and ensure the creation and sustainability of technological solutions. This structure is part of the IT department of Itaú Foundation, directly supporting programs and projects in the Education and Culture areas, in alignment with the strategies of the Foundation and the Superintendence.
Responsibilities and duties
- Identify needs with requesting departments for the planning and execution of Technology projects, conducting requirements gathering;
- Map the basic architecture of systems and cloud environments, analyzing requirements, designing workflows, and preparing development estimates;
- Research and map new technologies, software, and tools to propose solutions for projects;
- Work on software development and information security, performing code analysis (Code Review) and identifying bugs and vulnerabilities;
- Execute internal project development and/or manage partner vendors;
- Map and propose automation or optimization of workflows and processes;
- Implement and disseminate best practices in data engineering and information usage.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Intermediate level of English;
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of programming languages (Node, React, Ruby on Rails, PHP, or Python) and backend concepts (databases, version control, and QA).
