We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Analyst to join the Support team at Itaú Foundation.

This professional will play a key role in structuring, evolving, and supporting environments and systems, working closely on DevOps, Cloud, development, and architecture topics.

We are looking for someone with DevOps experience, the autonomy to manage their own tasks, and a critical, proactive mindset to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to building solutions.

🚀 Your main challenges

• Support and evolve systems and environments;
• Support the structuring and organization of environments that will be managed by the team;
• Evaluate existing processes and environments, identifying improvement opportunities;
• Implement and contribute to the evolution of DevOps best practices;
• Work with Cloud environments, primarily AWS;
• Contribute to development and architecture-related topics;
• Identify and resolve issues;
• Proactively propose improvements and solutions;
• Have the autonomy to manage your deliverables and contribute to the team's technical decisions.

🔎 What we are looking for

• Professional experience in DevOps;
• Experience with Cloud Computing;
• Knowledge of AWS;
• Software development knowledge;
• Systems architecture knowledge;
• Experience with support and infrastructure;
• Ability to work autonomously and with a sense of responsibility;
• Analytical, collaborative profile focused on problem-solving;
• Interest in building and evolving processes and environments.

⭐ Nice to have

• Experience with GCP or Azure;
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices;
• Experience with infrastructure automation;
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code;
• Experience with solution architecture;
• Experience in highly complex environments.

English is not mandatory for this role but will be considered a plus, especially for consulting documentation and technical materials.
