- Independently lead vulnerability management, risk analysis, and implementation of infrastructure security improvements.
- Actively participate in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and global frameworks.
- Investigate and help resolve incidents related to infrastructure and security.
- Participate in meetings with global teams.
Requirements
Education and language
- Completed higher education (in any field).
- Fluent English: fluent reading, writing, and speaking, with the ability to participate in technical meetings, defend positions, and interact daily with international teams.
Infrastructure and networks
- Solid knowledge of corporate networks.
- Practical and conceptual mastery of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and trunk and access port configurations in a Cisco environment.
- Experience with physical and logical infrastructure environments.
Infrastructure security
- Experience with vulnerability management, risk analysis, and security best practices applied to infrastructure.
- Ability to support audits and compliance initiatives.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with monitoring tools, log analysis, vulnerability management, and infrastructure security.
- Experience with solutions such as Splunk, Rapid7, or equivalent market tools, including QRadar, AlienVault, Tenable/Nessus, and Qualys.
- Knowledge of information security practices and frameworks, and IT governance.
- Experience in multinational environments and global structures.
- Cisco certifications.
- Certifications related to infrastructure, networks, or information security.
Behavioral competencies
- Autonomy and ownership: ability to work independently, making technical decisions, prioritizing activities, and driving solutions without constant supervision.
- Analysis and problem solving: analytical reasoning to diagnose incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in complex environments.
- Communication: ability to work in multicultural environments, communicating technical information clearly and objectively to different audiences, including global teams.
- Continuous improvement: growth-oriented profile, constantly seeking opportunities for optimization, automation, and increased operational efficiency.
Work model and location
Hybrid model, with a minimum of 2 in-person days per week in São Paulo. The candidate must be within 40 km of Avenida Manoel da Nobrega, 1280, São Paulo, and have a commute of no more than 1 hour and 20 minutes.
