Mid-Level C# / .NET Developer

About the Company

Flowa Technologies is an established company in the technology and financial markets for over 15 years, responsible for processing approximately 8% of the volume traded on the Brazilian stock exchange through highly available, low-latency platforms.

In partnership with Mubadala Capital, we are leading the Base Exchange project, a new stock exchange currently being implemented to compete in the domestic market. We are looking for professionals to join our development team, working on building and evolving trading and clearing structures, with a focus on code quality, resilience, and technical robustness.

Responsibilities and Duties

● Develop and maintain high-availability, high-performance backend routines in C# / .NET for the new stock exchange (Base Exchange).

● Work directly on ecosystem modules (Trading, Clearing, and Risk), communicating autonomously and collaboratively with product, QA, and operations teams.

● Ensure a high standard of code quality, applying a critical perspective beyond new features.

● Actively participate in identifying improvements and resolving technical or operational bottlenecks in the workflow.

Requirements and Qualifications

● Professional Experience: Solid experience in backend software development.

● Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem.

● Academic Background: Completed bachelor's degree (solid background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields).

● Fundamental Knowledge: Experience/understanding of messaging, system architecture, and handling critical data volumes / high-availability environments.
