Role Mission:

We are looking for a Product Owner to work on market-facing legal products, helping to transform complex legal domain problems into clear, well-prioritized, and actionable solutions for development teams.

This professional will work closely with Business Analyst, User Experience (UX), and Engineering teams, being responsible for organizing and prioritizing the backlog, ensuring clarity in deliverables, and supporting the continuous evolution of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategy, market needs, and technical feasibility;
• Be involved from the idea conception stage, collaborating with PMs in the discovery and validation of solutions, focusing on structuring and clarifying deliverables;
• Work in partnership with Business Analysts to transform legal rules and business requirements into clear and well-defined user stories;
• Detail user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in an objective and testable manner;
• Work closely with technology and UX teams in the continuous refinement of solutions;
• Participate in agile ceremonies, promoting focus, alignment, and predictability;
• Act across more than one squad when necessary, whether within the same product or in related products;
• Monitor delivery and usage metrics of features, supporting continuous improvements;
• Communicate priorities, decisions, and changes clearly to stakeholders;
• Act as a reference for other Product Owners, sharing best practices and learnings.

What do you need to qualify for this position?

• Availability for hybrid work in Bauru;
• Completed higher education (preferably in Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields) or equivalent experience;

• Solid experience in product roles, with consistent involvement in backlog management, prioritization, and delivery;
• Experience with market-facing products, handling multiple clients, competing demands, and continuous evolution;
• Practical experience in Discovery/upstream activities, using various discovery, validation, and prioritization techniques, choosing the most appropriate approach for each context;
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy, organize priorities, and handle dependencies;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with both technical and non-technical profiles;
• Sufficient technical background to communicate with development teams (integrations, APIs, data flows);
• Communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders, technical teams, and business areas;
• Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar);
• Ease in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, using quantitative and qualitative information to support product decisions and prioritization;
• Knowledge in Benchmarking, using competitor analysis and market best practices to improve products and strategies;
• Basic knowledge in project management, with an understanding of techniques and tools to efficiently manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality deliveries.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the legal sector, legaltechs, or legal automation products;
• Experience with B2B digital products;
• Experience working across more than one squad simultaneously;
• Specific courses on customer experience, design thinking, PBL, lean inception, or related areas;
• Specialization or additional certifications in Product Management.
