IT Coordinator (Tech Squad Leader)

A FINCH has an opportunity for an IT Coordinator to join the Technology team.

Mission:

Act strategically in technology decisions, ensuring alignment between the technical area and Finch's business needs. The IT Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that developed solutions are scalable, secure, and sustainable, promoting efficiency, innovation, and integration among teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and define technical standards, designing high-level solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
• Validate the economic impact of solutions, sizing resources and analyzing project ROI.
• Foster technical quality through the adoption of best practices in development, security, and automation.
• Manage the functional and technical aspects of teams, conducting PDPs, providing feedback, and leading follow-up rituals.
• Ensure the team's alignment with Finch's technological and strategic vision.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and other areas to maintain a healthy backlog and consistent deliveries.
• Establish performance metrics (e.g., test coverage, critical incidents, average deployment time).
• Monitor technical OKRs and KPIs, ensuring focus on deliveries that generate the most value for the business.

Challenge:

• Lead and develop high-performance technology teams, ensuring excellence in deliveries and promoting continuous innovation. The challenge involves balancing performance, engagement, and technological stack evolution, strengthening integration between areas and translating complex demands into tangible results.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.
• Post-graduation or MBA will be considered a plus;

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficiency in the Office Suite.
• Knowledge of LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and information security.
• Experience in risk analysis and management.
• Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
