You will assume the following responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business areas, technology, risk, and compliance.
• Assess the current information quality landscape, identifying gaps between existing controls and regulatory requirements (BACEN).
• Conduct the identification and structuring of metadata, ensuring standardization, traceability, and understanding of data.
• Coordinate the mapping of data processes, identifying flows, dependencies, and risks.
• Prepare managerial reports on the evolution of activities of the squads under your management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in an agile model, ensuring continuous and value-oriented deliveries.
• Lead the mapping of the data lifecycle (origin, ingestion, processing, storage, consumption, and disposal).
• The professional will lead a team of 10 consultants, divided into 2 workstreams.

Requirements and skills we are looking for:

• Degree in Information Technology, Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Certifications in data or governance (e.g., CDMP, DAMA, DGSP) (a plus).
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tools for managing agile initiatives.
• Practical knowledge in data quality (frameworks, metrics, controls, and monitoring).
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with strategic stakeholders.
• Experience in mapping data flows and processes.
• Previous experience in financial institutions or large-scale projects (a plus).
• Solid experience in Data Governance, with a focus on data lifecycle, metadata, and information quality.
• Track record of leading teams, preferably in agile environments.
• Intermediate English.
• Analytical, structured, and results-oriented profile.
