About the role

In Financial Services (FSO), we are building a better working world by supporting the needs and challenges of our financial sector clients (Capital Markets, Banks, Insurance, and Asset Management) through a single area that brings together our different specialties (Audit, Consulting, Technology, etc.) to serve this sector in a comprehensive and customized way.

Responsibilities

• Developing and optimizing Generative AI (RAG) pipelines for querying complex knowledge bases.
• Integrating language models (LLMs) with APIs and legacy systems of banks and insurance companies.
• Optimizing token consumption and reducing model response latency.
• Collaborating with development teams to validate accuracy and mitigate model hallucinations.
• Implementing security, validation, and content filtering layers (Guardrails).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in AI/ML.
• Experience with AI agents and RAG systems.
• Knowledge of NLP and Prompt Engineering.
• Familiarity with Ollama, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
• Integration with REST APIs, JSON, and Python.
• Experience with Docker, Git, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum).

Work model and location

The role is hybrid, and we hire in various locations across Brazil (offices)
